Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of FullboxAI at https://opencodeai.io.vn (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
FullboxAI lets you generate content and publish or schedule it to social media accounts you connect (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Zalo). You are responsible for the accounts you connect and the content you publish through them.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 13 (or the minimum age in your country) and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to: post spam or misleading content; infringe others' rights; violate any law; or violate the terms and policies of any connected platform (including the TikTok, Meta, and YouTube terms). You must respect platform rate limits and anti-spam rules.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you create or upload. You grant FullboxAI the limited rights necessary to process and deliver that content to the platforms you choose. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to publish it, including any product or affiliate links you attach.
5. Third-party platforms
The Service interacts with third-party platforms through their official APIs. We are not responsible for those platforms' availability, decisions, or policy changes. Your use of each platform remains subject to that platform's own terms.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that publishing will always succeed, that content will not be removed by a platform, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FullboxAI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse a connected platform.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes are reflected by updating the effective date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
