User Data Deletion

FullboxAI stores only what it needs to publish content you ask it to publish: your account (name, email), the access tokens and page/account ids of the social accounts you connect (Facebook Pages, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Zalo), and the content and metrics you create. You can remove any of it at any time.

Remove a connected Facebook or Instagram account

1. Sign in to FullboxAI and open Accounts. 2. Choose the Facebook Page or Instagram account and click Disconnect. Its stored access token is deleted immediately and we can no longer act on that account.

You can also revoke our access from Facebook itself: Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites) → select FullboxAI Auto → Remove. After removal we can no longer read or post to your Pages.

Delete your whole account and all data

Email trinhtranducclc@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion request" from the email address you sign in with. We delete your account, connected-account tokens, generated content and metrics within 30 days and reply to confirm, except where the law requires us to keep a record.

What happens to posts already published

Posts already published to your Page or account belong to that platform and stay there until you delete them on the platform; deleting your FullboxAI data does not remove them.
